Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order.
All orders received are processed, packed, and shipped as soon as possible.
We ship products within the United States and to Canada using the United States Postal Service. Delivery can take anywhere from 10-15 business days inside the United States when choosing the economy shipping option.
Any order placed after 3PM on Friday or during the weekend, will ship on the following business day.
All orders will receive an email which will include the order’s tracking number within 48 hours of your order being shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are determined by the delivery location and weight of your order using the United States Postal Service.
International Orders:
Nueva Wellness cannot guarantee delivery outside of the United States. We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred. Please verify your counties shipping rules and regulations.
In the event that an international order is seized by customs, a refund will be issued as long as the products are returned to us in the original condition.
